A tragedy occurred in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh. 9 children lost their lives and many were seriously injured in the temple wall collapse incident. The incident took place while a puja was going on at the Hardaul Baba temple in Shahpur. The injured children were rescued and taken to the hospital. Immediately after receiving the information, the police reached the spot and started rescue operations along with the locals. Officials said that the deceased children were between 10 and 15 years old.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that he was shocked by the death of the children. Wishing the injured a speedy recovery. He expressed his deepest sympathy to the affected families. Affected families will get Rs. 4 lakh aid was announced.
Four children lost their lives in the recent wall collapse incident in Rewa district. When the wall fell on the children aged 5 to 7 years coming from school, they died on the spot. The owner of the house whose wall collapsed was arrested by the police. Meanwhile, the incident in Sagar district shocked everyone
